Carl’s Jr.

Went to Carl's just to get a drink so I went the Drive Thursday. When I ordered the gentleman asked if I wanted a piece of Cheese Cake, I told him no and I said Thankyou and he responded " My Pleasure ". That was very refreshing as all the young people say, no worries. What ever happen to "Your Welcome" ?? The gentleman's name was David, we could use alot more "My Pleasure ".

Got chicken tenders and hand breaded chicken sandwich. The chicken on both was soggy and the sandwich tasted like fish. Most likely they need to change the oil. Really disappointed, Carl's has definitely changed.

Isabela is courteous, and always smiling. And very friendly. That’s the kind of people we need in this world .

I come to the drive thru everyday. I order a number 2 large with a coke and every time I come service is amazing. Today I came and was helped by Taylor. She’s usually there when I come and always helps me out. She’s very friendly and has amazing customer service. The AI was super cool to order from. Overall I enjoy my lunch break trips to Carl’s Jr. 10/10

Their new drive thru intercom is probably the most tedious thing they can implement. It's like if your calling to speak to customer service but has the option to speak to someone if your having trouble. Over all I don't think there new intercom is a good investment.

They have AI taking orders. They still get your order wrong. lol
