My daughters stopped by earlier today to get us subs. When we opened up our subs they were all wrong. She said the guy taking her order wasn’t really paying attention to her while ordering. He forgot one sub and when she told him he went back made it but didn’t even ask her how she wanted it. We all got dry sandwiches no mayo, tomatoes or Mike’s way. She ordered a chicken ranch and it didn’t even have ranch. My younger daughter just told us that while he was making a sandwich for the customer in front of them mayo fell on the order paper and he scraped it off with the utensil and stuffed it back in the mayo jar. Now I’m glad my sandwich had no mayo SMH
This has turned out to be the worst jersey mikes location That I have ordered from. It’s closer to home so I tend to order there more than another location but I need to break down and travel a little further because this location ruins my order 50% of the time. Maybe it’s because I’m doing web orders, they half a$$ the order. Update: this location continues to fail. Placed an order online. Showed up right at the estimated time it was to be done. Place was empty except for one customer who was just placing his order and they hadn’t even started my order. Management needs to crack the whip here.
I walked in and Kaylee was super nice and helpful. Was patient and understanding on how picky I like my sandwichs.
This was the dirtiest Mike's I had ever been to. It wasn't busy, but the place was dirty and the 3 employees stood around and talked.
Great location! Awesome customer service! The food was fresh and delicious. Great experience here. Vegetarian options: Portabella mushroom sandwich was a big hit!
