Carl’s Jr.

Today I went through the drive thru and I waited at least 5 minutes for someone to take my order and no one ever came to help me out so i decided to drive up to the drive thru window thinking maybe they were having headset problems but still no help from anyone I then go and try again and park and go inside only to find that there’s no one in there at all?, or maybe they didn’t want to help me out and were hiding? I’ve always came to this Carl’s Jr and never had any problems but after this I will be going to another location instead, I’m writing this so hopefully management can do something about this and it dosent happen to anyone else.

Great food & Customer Service.

I have only been here on Sunday mornings and usually the same people are working. My kid and I always get 2 breakfast burger (mine a double) combos and the food is always coming out piping hot. The service is always great and I am usually greeted by the same cashier and she is always very friendly. It is something I hardly see nowadays and it’s nice to see someone who is still giving great friendly service in this industry. It is one of the better Carls Jr I have been to in California in my opinion and the best I have been to, up and down CA-99. I can’t speak on the other shifts at this location but I know the service and the food is good whenever I do come by on a Sunday morning.

This is a newer Carl's on Clinton and Marks. The restaurant was clean, not busy. The food was hot and fresh. The only thing is Carl's Jr. is getting a little expensive for their food. This is the reason I always use the coupons they send out in the mail.
