Speed in on Carmisha @ the University Drive location. She welcomed me with a smile and was very polite and professional while she orchestrated my order. My good was hot and fresh. Thanks again to the crew and captain d's on university drive. GREATjob!

The food was hot and fresh

We've been regulars at this store for at around 10 years and have generally found the food and the staff to be excellent. The facility itself is old and in need of renovation, but still highly recommended. They were unexpectedly closed when we stopped by today (2 Dec 23), but hopefully it's only temporary!

Love their food ! Could eat there 5 days a week if I had to . Parking: No problem getting a parking spot

Helpful and they treated customers as patrons would expect friendly efficient even when the drive thru was loaded they took care both best you could expect with a green horn in traing

Ordered 3 meals, an appetizer and a gallon of tea. Did not receive the tea or the appetizer and the fish was charred beyond being edible, it was like eating used fire wood. Chicken was burnt and rock hard as well. Even the dogs wouldn't eat any of it. One meal had no sides, the other two had sad bits of scraps. It's like they just reached into the bin and filled our trays with trash. I called 5 times and nobody answered. Are there animals working there or something? How about hiring actual people with at least two brain cells.
