Did get what I wanted. Order taker and manager were not able to compromise with me not wanting the 2 sides just macaroni and cheese for my side. ??

Had a great visit here with very friendly staff, the food was amazing, and kept very clean. Great job, Thank you!

Fried okra was undercooked, but cashier was wonderful! She looked in each container to confirm it was what I had ordered, and gave me more than enough condiments for the 4 meals I ordered!

I have been sitting in this line for 30 minutes and no one came to take our order.

Edit: I went to the website and put in a customer service ticket just before writing this review. The same one the owner asks me to go to in the reply. It's been over a week and I still haven't been contacted about getting a refund. Terrible service and poorly managed. A restaurant full of people who can only bicker instead of getting the food right. I ordered online and still waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for them to tell me the food wasn't ready and to pull forward. There was already someone waiting and I told the cashier. She told me to pull to the front of the building and park, which I did. And waited even longer before going in and waiting even more before getting told they don't know how to do refunds. I just wanted my money back at that point. The cashier tried to claim she didn't tell me to pull forward but I asked her twice. I now have to call back in the morning and submit an online ticket on their website to get a refund. They still gave me the food, which was cold by then and had none of the sauces I requested. The fries, okra, and jalapeno poppers were under cooked.
