Capogna's Dugout

Ok,we had read about this place and decided to try it. We were searching for a good burger and some homemade meatballs. In fairness,we stopped on a Friday evening, the place was packed, wait staff was hustling in an attempt to keep up. Our burger was fine but our young waiter forgot the requested grilled onions, the fries weren't quite cooked, and he didn't know whether the meatballs were house made or not, they were fine. We will give this eatery another try, perhaps during a weekday lunch. Also,we saw many pizzas being delivered to the tables and the pies looked scrumptious!

I have to say my husband and I were totally disappointed with the service as well as the food. We waited almost an hour for our entrees and they were blah. I hate to say it but we will not be returning. We boxed our meals and will be took them home. Not sure we can them doctor them up either.

I have been coming here since I was a kid! Now we bring our kids!! Portions are awesome!! Food is great! Staff rocks!

The server was friendly and attentive, and the pizza was one of the best I've had in Florida.

The service was incredible and the cozy booths were nice but the food left something to be desired. The garlic toast was basically slices of mushy white bread. Nothing “toast” like about it. Pizza was pretty basic. Nothing to make it stand out as amazing. Cute place, just dated.

im 40 and we've been coming here since i was in 8th grade. im convinced their wings (w/medium sauce) have crack in them- we used to skip class senior year and go get capogna's wings lol.

Fish sandwich was great. I love coffee and , unfortunately, the coffee machine wasn't working. Water was fine.

Recently my wife and I stopped by a Saturday afternoon, we haven't been here for years. We sat at the bar, the tender was nice and no complaints. The appetizers fried mushrooms and jalapeños poppers were disgusting, obviously not made from scratch and the oil likely hasn't been changed in a while. Yeah, we should have ordered a pizza. If you go, don't order fried anything. Ex-pro-chef
