Pizza Hut

Did not get my order correct. Couldn't find my order and I waited longer than should have.

I order pizza @9:15 on the app paid for it. I did not tip because my son pick the pizza up. My total was $21.38, however I was charged $25.38 and I was also charged $21.38 three more additional times. So my twenty dollar pizza cost $90 when I try to speak with the store manager she said she could not find my order and told me their just a franchise and couldn't help me. I then resort to calling customer service complaint line and their rep kept telling me I did this to myself when it's impossible to pay for the same order once it's been paid so I asked for a supervisor who also agreed this was impossiblen understood my concerns and told me she would have the district manager contact me regarding this matter. I was very surprised to receive a call from the district manager who I explained everythg to n agreed it wasn't my fault it sounded like a system glitch and I would have wait for everythg to post to my account 5-7days. She was very nice. But the matter was still not ok with me after posting I was charge for a tip I never agreed upon. And I closed my debit card for these reasons. I felt I was still at risk. I had my receipt n my box receipt all say $21.38 not $25.38 they did not deliver the pizza my son actually picked it. No tip was required. The pizza was ok. So buyer beware.. it's not ok to help yourself to a tip especially when you didn't provide a service to me n I pick up my own pizza. Not doing business with pizza hut again.

Literally sat and watched the employees make everyone's food with no gloves or hair nets on. Pretty sure the blong guy with the arm tattoos is tweaking on something

Dietary restrictions: No cheese please

I ordered and was told it was on its way. I get a text to wait 15 minutes it will be here and then checked the order details and it said canceled. The cahseir was clearly on substances and I made myself so clear. Just plain disappointing

Paid for extra toppings and it still came very sparse. Wow, feel sorry for the people that did not get extra.

My wife and I both said that it has been a long time since we ordered a pan pizza. Now I remember why. The crust was nowhere what it used to be. Skimpy on the Supreme toppings and under cooked. My wife always wants extra cheese on any pizza we order from anywhere. We didn't see that either. Delivery guy seemed to be unhappy as well. The only good thing that I would say about the entire experience was it was Delivery was quick and I'm assuming that it is why it was under cooked.

I want to make a special mention of this store because there is a lady named Kenzie who served me more than once and I congratulate her for being a very kind and attentive person with customers and also very professional in her work. I recommend it
