This was such a bad experience. The beers not bad, but food other drinks service and the hygiene is nothing to boast about. I hope this was a single night of terrible experience for this place because it seems like it has all the right stuff to be a decent neighborhood spot otherwise.
Food and beer is okay. The service was probably the worst I've had all year. Dang.
I had scheduled a party here for 60 people. It was a fundraiser for a local elementary school. They shut down without contacting me 2 days before the event. I verified with them 4 days before the event.I had to scramble to coordinate a new location at the last minute. In the end, it was probably better that I had to move the event. When I did go there with my family, the restrooms were filthy, they were out of toilet paper, and the food took forever and was very mediocre…. And I’m being generous.
This was our first time here, and found out they just recently changed the menu - so added the new menu to the review. We loved it! No wait on a Friday night, but the place wasn’t empty. Food was delicious and vibe was casual and cool. Garage style doors were open so it felt like we were outside. We’ll def be back!
Stumbled on this spot and I'll be back. Great service, beer IQ, and food pairings. The people make it special.
Don’t go here just don’t - really bad service. Never gets order correct and expect a 1 hour meal to turn into 3 hours
They closed indefinitely in early October, and I'm not sure that they ever reopened. In any case, don't bother. The food is unremarkable, beer recipes are uncreative and execution is mediocre. Service ranges from okay to terrible. The vibe is basic and somewhat inauthentic. If you're looking for Mexican food, you're better off at La Fonda or El Bandido. If you're looking for good beer brewed on site, head over to Wrecking Bar.
