Caliberto's Mexican Food

The name has changed to LOS FREDO'S. I was a little confused, they have 5 mini taquitos, which are what I know as street tacos. Tasty! Next time I'll order the ROLLED taquitos.

It’s under new ownership and it sucks now I forgot the new name . They use to have the best bean and cheese burritos. Now , the beans are too refried ( no longer the light brown soft texture. It’s dark brown ). It’s no longer white cheese . They use cheddar now . It’s literally just like any other Alberto’s .

ordered the two tacos with beans and a taco and enchilada plate. When I came home we realized that the tacos hardly had any meat maybe a tablespoon of meat in each taco. I live very close by so I took the food back and showed them they gave me two more tacos. When I got home and opened the carton all they did was shove tons of cheese and lettuce with a very small amount of meat. This was quite disappointing we go there often will not go back they had a chance to fix it and they didn't care.

Sorry. Food was no good. Cheese wasn’t even melted. Tortilla was cold and carne asada tasted like yesterday’s.

Food is good but service isnt that great mix up orders alot.

When ever I’m looking for some quick Mexican food that is delicious with fast service. Caliberto’s is the spot. Sometimes I’ll get the 5 carne asada tacos, but today I decided to go with a #3 Enchilada, beef taco with rice and beans. The taco was crunchy with some soft shredded beef, and the cheese enchilada had some fresh red sauce. I liked the lettuce to give it a refreshing bite. The beans and rice was amazing, nice flavor with a light sprinkle of cheese. The gentleman at the window was super friendly and I like that the bag was properly supplied with plastic knife, fork, napkins and two salsa containers of red and green salsa. 5 star food and service! Update : So today I was craving some carne asada tacos. And boy oh boy Caliberto's made me a super delicious plate of tacos. I love that they gave me plenty of salsa and napkins. Love how fresh your food tastes! P.S. The 3 rolled taquitos with guacamole with cheese is always on point. for a nice and light snack. I like the red sauce with these but they also offer green salsa if you perfer.
