Spicy buffalo pizza: only a hint of gamey-ness from the buffalo meatballs that went well with the cheese, and the sweet & tanginess of the grilled onion and Frank’s red hot sauce. Reasonably priced. Parking: Street parking kinda tough to find. Went around the block and finally found one. Typical for LA I suppose.
This place is underated, came in for Dinner on a rainy evening, Had the most delicious Mushroom Barley Soup with Margarets pizza, all was excellent.
I sat outside for 20mins and no one came to serve me. Took my order to go instead.
I've only been here for brunch- never even tried the pizza. Maybe I'm missing out? I don't even care because their brunch is AMAZING. Specifically, their chai latte is the best I've ever had in LA - and that's a crazy thing to say because I try chai at almost every coffee shop/cafe I go to, and I've explored the greater LA for 6 years now. I got pancakes and french toast and they were both delicious. The breakfast burrito is also really good and filling and feeds 2 people easily. Their atmosphere isn't super cozy, because the walls are pretty white and bare, not a ton of decor, but the service is really good. Everyone working there is kind and attentive. Sometimes I think of driving across town just to get the chai, it is that good! Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is accessibly via wheelchair, most seating can accommodate wheelchair
Thanks, for the money back.
This is a great on budget place to go site inside or outside with the family or out on a first date!! Kid-friendliness: Not a quiet place, has an open cafeteria atmosphere and vibe. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or obstacles.
The food is bulky and has zero seasoning. It also has a funky smell and taste, similar to a public restroom. I’m not sure how close the bathrooms are to where they make the food, but that is literally what it smelled and tasted like. I couldn’t eat the salad at all and didn’t even finish a quarter of my sandwich I was so repulsed. Only plus is that the lady cashier was very sweet. Update: A few hours later when I got home my stomach was upset and started vomiting from food poisoning.
My wife delivered our baby 22 hours after eating the "The" Salad, on a tip from a friend. Food was great, service was great. 5/5 would recommend.
