Caffeinated Cow

I came in on the morning of a snow storm. 12 inches. Was in the area, and I had never been there before. They were cheerful and happy I was there! Felt good to be welcomed. I got a small mocha with an extra shot, and it was well made! espresso was mild, light, and well pulled. They offered some ice cream samples to me while I waited, and the almond roca and Jack Daniel’s chocolate chip were great! The menu was extensive, it was clean, they were efficient and very friendly.

I miss living nearby and seeing the folks who work here nearly every day! Customer care AND loca business vibes with some dance music thrown in? Heck yes! And they have the best cold brew in town!

This is really a 1 of a kind cafe. They have fresh scooped ice cream, perfectly blended smoothies and milkshakes and the most addictive BLT I’ve ever eaten. I’m not lying when I say once you have the BLT, you’ll come back for another one. Great service and fresh products!

Love this place! My kids love coming here in the summer after a little hike. Affordable, friendly staff and local. What could be better? Always a nice treat!

No they don’t roast their own coffee or spent crazy money on decor to pass along to you in price. But there is a reason Jake won best barista in town amongst a slew of great and talented baristas. This place has heart. Lots of it. Where else can you get ice cream at 7am in town? Or a coffee at 9pm? Or sandwiches with Boars head meats? Or breakfast sandwiches that the price isn’t making you eyes budge yet made in house? The Cow is a special place in the neighborhood. It’s a true 3rd place where neighbors gather daily. You may just find yourself coming in too, even if you make coffee yourself. It just feels good coming in.

This place is a God sent place in Colorado springs, the staff is amazing and the owner is one great dude. I highly recommend that you give this place a go to, you will not be disappointed. Loved the vibe walking in. I received a hello the second I walked in. I got the brown cow latte and an egg bagel sandwich with cheese and sausage. The sandwich was so good and a good amount of food. The latter wasn't too sweet and appreciated them mentioning there was dairy in the mocha syrup when I ordered almond milk. When I'm back in The Springs I'll definitely come back. Highly recommend

Everything about this place is great.

This place is so adorable. The patio is great. I just wish it wasn't as cold as it was when we went. There wasn't any seating inside, but I think there might have been tables to set up if we were staying longer
