Both dinner service and the lunch buffet are wonderful. Servers are incredibly attentive. You won't leave here dehydrated! Currently the lunch buffet on a week day is $15 a person. Dietary restrictions: Their lunch buffet has a seperate line dedicated to just vegetarian options. Parking: Convenient, free parking. (In a strip mall)
The service has been okay, but the food is really good! I’ve had chicken tikka masala, Rogan josh, chicken and lamb vindaloo(prefer the lamb), and my favorite is the rogan josh. Super flavorful, tender meat, never any problems. Rice is consistently good/well-cooked. This is to me the best Indian food in the Emory, Briarcliff, Morningside, N Decatur area.
Butter naan and paneer curry were amazing. Cheese naan was okayish, could've been better
Awesome food and friendly staff.
LUNCH BUFFET | 18.30 per Person | 12-4 | OK Wouldn’t prefer this if you are someone who likes eating spicy or South Indian style food. We went for a lunch buffet (18.30 $ per person including tax). Open from (12-4 * for buffet) Items included: Appetizers: pakora, samosa+ chutneys, tandoori chicken. Main course: palak dal, veg tandoori curry, Punjabi khadi, butter chicken, goat curry, chicken biryani, saffron basmati rice, naan. Dessert: Gulab jamun, kheer, vanilla custard. The only food I liked was the samosa with the chutneys, Gulab jamun and the veg tandoori curry. No spice at all in the food, you can say it is more for the white people and the American Indians who prefer non spicy food. Ambience is good, service I would say is fine b
I get the Goat vindaloo and ask the staff to make it Indian spicy and drink a nice Legend 10000 dining in or when I order to go. I only ask the chefs be wary sometimes you get more bones per serving and to adjust accordingly by putting some more meat. Last 3 times I visited I got alot more bones than normal but I made the best of it. I enjoyed putting that bone marrow on my garlic naan.
Delicious buffet vegetarian and meat options Features: No mask required. They have hand sanitizer readily available
I absolutely love the hard working staff, the never empty water glass, the buffet of amazing food and the perfect warm naan. If you are looking to try, but not sure what to get, definitely get the weekend buffet! Try everything and then go back to get the entree.
My husband and his friends went to eat at cafe Bombay late October 2016 and found a BUG in the naan. The restaurant owner did apologized for it but it doesn't justify it. Why was there a BUG in the naan and what if they couldn't recognize it and eat it ?? Yuck never will go there after finding this.
