The best place for a coffee and dessert after dinner or a movie. My favorite is the carrot cake. Parking: Parking available at nearby Century Center. They validate parking.
Love their cookies and cream cheesecake
Had a wonderful time here with a friend recently. This was my first time dining here. My friend recommended the intermezzo hot chocolate which we both ended up ordering. The portion is fairly large and comes with whipped cream, almond shavings, and chocolate shavings. There are floral and aldo tones in this hot chocolate making it a nice treat. I was there during dinner time (around 6:30 pm) but ordered a breakfast meal (which they serve all day). I ordered a plate that came with eggs, toast, breakfast potatoes, and chicken sausage. The eggs were very nice and had a creamy texture rather than fluffy. This paired very well with the sprouted toast. The potatoes were nicely seasoned and tasted great without the ketchup. The wait staff was very attentive and patient. They brought out ice water for us straight away without having to ask which is something I really appreciate when restaurants/staff members do so. The ambiance is elegant and relaxing. The dim tones in lighting do walk a fine line between calming and just dark though, so this may be something to consider when visiting. The prices are moderate and dining could cost upwards of $20 per person. Overall, I had a lovely first experience and will surely soon return.
The restaurant has the absolute worst doorman i have ever encountered. There is a door connected to the hotel and my wife went in to get us a table after a long drive because our hotel room wasnt ready yet. She ask for the restroom and the doorman stated you are only going to go to the restroom and then leave. "If you dont leave I will call the police." Totally unexceptable and i will never visit this Cafe or recommend it to anyone I know.
Every last thing on the menu is destined for deliciousness! The white chocolate deluxe hot chocolate was everything and my lemon torte cake was mosist, delectable, and left nothing to the imaginion to yearn for. The service was prompt, lighting was sweet and sexy!! It felt like I stepped right off of the busy streets of Midtown and into Italy. 10/10 highly recommend taking that special someone or group of friends to enjoy deserts and great cocktails here!!! Intermezzo for the win! Parking: The Parking garage is a short distance beyond the restaurant. When I called ahead, they referred to the parking garage I used as the "Loew's hotel garage". The Cafe validates 2 hours of FREE parking. There is also $20 valet parking directly across the street. I'd say the parking more than adequate for this establishment . 10/10
This place is amazing! The food and drinks were great, and the ambience was nice for a Saturday night. I would definitely recommend their Seafood Crepe and the Espresso Martini!
Ordered a strawberry almond salad with feta cheese and lemon poppyseed dressing. I added on grilled chicken for $7. When I received my salad, there was about 6-7 pieces of chicken. Disappointing and totally not worth the extra charge for chicken. **Edited from 3 stars to 5 after their reply of my review. Offering an explanation and the potential for refund was very cool and professional of them. Things like that keep patrons coming back! Thank you, Cafe Intermezzo!
I haven’t been to this place in years but I Had brunch today with friends. Everything was delicious and the service was wonderful. I took a white chocolate raspberry cheesecake home. I will definitely be back.
