I walked in Buteco Grant Park and I liked the decor. Not sure of where to sit, I asked the guy with the two ponytails behind the bar where I could sit and that it’s my first time but as he was talking to another guest (realizing later it was his friend). My friend and I sat at the table for 20 minutes, then I saw another guest get up and place her order. I said, do we need to place our order with the bartender and she said yes. Next when the food was ready, I wasn’t aware that I had to go to the food truck to pick up, no problem. Food was tasty but customer service was horrible. This is the other problem I was over charged or the menu was outdated. I paid $74 for 4 tacos (2 with Quesabirras), 1 Elote and 2 drinks. This was so expensive for small tacos and poor customer service. He charged me 13.20 for caipirinha; $14 for 2 fried tacos; and $6 for the Elote. My friend got the 2 fish tacos also but with quesabirras for $17. We both decided that we won’t return. See menu attached for pricing which wasn’t honored.
The service was terrible. The bartender took my order, payment, and then walked to another customer without making my drink. I ordered food which is connected to a food truck outside. I waited for an hour and never was told that my food was ready. When I walked outside to check on my food for a second time after waiting for an hour I was told that, "your food has been sitting here." The tacos were sub par for the cost. The fried shrimp and steak were salty. After charging me $6 for shrimp tacos, they tried to charge me for hot sauce. No thanks. I will eat this taco dry. I will not be going back. I can get subpar service and overpriced tacos all over Atlanta. I actually invited friends here because I thought it would be good. My mistake. For clarity, I am giving this restaurant 1 star for service and food.
This place has the best vibe! Great customer.
Just had 3 crunches, they were so good. The staff came out and asked if I needed anything, but I was all set. So good, would order again. Fire.
This place is very Brazilian, try the coconut and passion fruit caipirinha and the traditional one. And the chicken coxinha is simply the best in Atlanta and the region, it's very good, it's tasty. The atmosphere is very relaxed, there are days of the month where there is live music. I definitely intend to return.
