Oh where to start. I had heard good things about this restaurant so I booked reservations for my family who were coming in for the weekend from out of town and I wanted to give them a nice dining experience. Unfortunately for us, our experience was absolutely abysmal and I do not say that lightly. It started off with our waiter bringing one water for the table of 7 which would have been fine had he brought us more but he did not after we had already asked for more. We tried to get our waiters attention multiple times but never got any acknowledgment. I personally had to go to the bar and get 2 more waters for the table and an additional cup (because he only gave us 6 at the start) after waiting for over 30 minutes. We ordered some apps and drinks somewhat early on and those took 45 minutes to arrive to the table from the time we were seated. One of the drinks was not the correct order and we did not even bother asking for it to be corrected because we knew it would take so long to be fixed. At this point we were extremely ready to order our main food but I guess our waiter had other ideas. We had to ask him to take our order before he was able to run off to avoid us and he got visibly annoyed when we asked to order. We ordered our food and then sat and sat and sat. It took about another 45 minutes for the food to come and when it did it was all cold except for the Brussels sprouts which themselves were salted to a level of inedibility. We spoke to the manager and we explained our situation and she explained that the restaurant was not prepared for the rush of patrons. I appreciate the willingness to take care of some of the bill, but to the manager I say do not take reservations that you are not prepared for. Stop seating people if you know it will take nearly 2 hours for them to get their meals. As a Nashville resident I will be sure to not recommend this place to any of my friends.

From a Nashville local, save yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE else. This is the worst restaurant i’ve ever eaten at. My group had a reservation at 7:15. We were sat immediately and met our waiter soon after. We asked for water and it took over 30 minutes before we gave up and went to the bar and asked for it ourselves. The waiter was very rude and was visibly irritated when we asked to order 45 minutes into sitting there waiting for him. Another 45 minutes after ordering, our food had not come, and the waiter never checked on us again. We requested a manager at the host stand and the manager got our food to us. However, it was all cold, we had no plates for sharing, and we had to ask for cutlery and napkins which further irritated our waiter. We ended up not even eating what we paid for, as it was inedible. If was offered to be remade, but we did not want to wait another 45 minutes. Manager was nice but made excuses that they were not prepared for the volume of customers. If you don’t have the staff/resources, do not seat so many people! Very disappointed, it ruined the vibe of our night. Will not be returning here.

One of the best burgers I've had in Nashville

Busy place. Food came out hot, fast and wonderful flavor.

Got the tacos 3 ways, brisket & gravy and roasted corn. The food was bland and needed more seasoning. The only good thing was the corn. I left a majority of my food. Very sad.

Great place for dinner, but Lauren, our waiter stole the show! Every last detail, she was all over it. As she was serving, she realized that one of the drinks looked wrong and quickly fixed it. So proactive and engaging. We absolutely loved the attentive and excellent service!

Great dinner and great service with Lauren! She was very personable and went above and beyond. Will be returning.
