Okay the service here is so good & the women at the register are sooo nice & lovely. They’re so helpful, funny, and charismatic I was so pleasantly surprised!! Shavan (sorry if i misspelled) was such a delight to talk to. I’m telling you these people need a raise!!! lol
Updated review for the owner who replied: I stand by what I said. It's disappointing that instead of fixing the restaurant, you're busy crafting replies. And it's not just me—others agree: the place is dirty and the food is a mess! Seriously, BurgerFi, get your act together instead of making silly replies from Google. It just makes you look worse. Management must act immediately. This place has deteriorated. Upon arrival, I noticed dirty floors, overflowing trash, and filthy sauce areas, setting a disappointing tone. Service was poor, with staff who didn't care and incorrect orders taking too long to fix. The cold burgers were a final disappointment. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for a good meal in a clean place.
I would like to express my DEEP DISSAPOINMENT regarding my delivery. I ordered food for my birthday lunch, and I had to wait more than 2 and a half hour sand still, while I am writing, the food is still not here. Honestly, the worst experience on a birthday. I tried to reach out to the restaurant and they didn’t help me at all, even worst, they disconnected the phone. No calls could go through. I tried calling from more than 3 different phone numbers. This is really disrespectful. It is clear that you do not value your customers, not even with large orders. I paid $151.to have a fun lunch and got NOTHING. I would really appreciate if you gave me my money back. I was hoping to have a nice birthday but at this point, that is not going to happen. This is not a great service. I would appreciate it if you could improve your delivery service or just don't offer it at all because it is THE WORST.
This place needs new management. It’s dirty, and the staff is not trained to provide any kind of customer service. Staff is wearing filthy shirts, not cleaning any counters and are not attentive at all. Whoever manages the place clearly is not in the position to be a manager. The food came out cold and part of the order was wrong. Please hire a new manager that actually cares about this place and good customer service. Whoever owns this franchise, the health department will shut you down sooner or later.
Von was the best server she made sure we had everything we needed and made sure everything was brought to us promptly 10/10 would definitely come here again just for her
