We recently ordered burger king through door dash, a jr whopper which was on our receipt was not in the bag, when we messaged door dash they said to call burger king, we did. The customer service at Burger King was extremely rude and unapologetic, and told us to call door dash, I explained they told us to call burger king, she then brushed off the fact there was food missing, and said I would need to come to the store to get my money back, or come in to the restaurant another day to receive our already purchased food. I know this seems like a very pety issue, however this issue is displayed in comments across Google. All i ask is that i receive what i pay for. Will not be ordering from this establishment again, or through door dash. Unacceptable
