I'm pretty sure they're bringing in calf's. Growing them. Slaughtering them, processing them. Freezing them. Then thawing them and making the burgers. Cause that's how long it took to get a burger here. Terrible.
Breakfast wrap was awful and COLD! Potatoes were cold as well. Took way too long as the workers disappeared for a while in the back. Coffee taste like gasoline. Will not be returning.
Took forever to place the order because the person behind the counter doesn't understand or speak English. We ordered 2 baked potatoes, one with sour cream and chives, one with cheese & bacon, a spicy chicken wrap, a cheeseburger, and one small coke. There was one woman who ordered ahead of us and two people who ordered after us. We all stood there and waited. And waited. And waited. FINALLY, after about 20 minutes we had our food. There appeared to be quite a few people working in the back, so I don't understand why it took so long to get our order. The baked potatoes were hard and dry and you couldn't cut through the skin even with a knife, the chicken in the wrap was so dry it couldn't be eaten. The cheeseburger was cold. Definitely the worst Wendy's experience we've ever had.
Terrible slow service. I have no idea why it should take as long as it does.
Literally almost ran out of gas waiting in this drive thru line. Be prepared to wait 20-40 min from ordering to receiving your order. Also they forgot my ranch. Which is extremely rude.
Horrible, badly need a properly trained good manager, I am not sure they know what they are doing sorry very poor management,
