Changing this review to lower the stars as I don’t know what’s happened here, but they’ve never given me the right food. They always don’t put things in the bag or give me the wrong order every single time. Please hire competent workers or retrain the people here this is ridiculous.

The “Manager”, Adriana couldn’t figure out how to give me a refund for the item I paid for that was out of stock. I tried to suggest that she call someone for help. She kept making excuses as to why I couldn’t have a refund. She became very belligerent. I asked for a phone number to her boss and she actually wrote a bogus number down on a sticky note and gave it to me. I tried calling it and the number was out of service. She said she didn’t know, but that was the number to her boss, Angie (which could also be a fake name for all I know). I asked how she would get in touch with “Angie” if there was an emergency and he smirked and said she didn’t know, which pretty much indicated to me that she gave me the bogus number deliberately. I haven’t been able to contact anyone at BK support either. I couldn’t take a replacement item, because I can’t drink regular soda due to a medical condition, and she told me that’s all they had. Very frustrating. Very bad customer service. Very bad management. Please take a page from Chick-Fil-A’s book and learn how to train your employees to provide appropriate service. That’s where I usually go, and will remember this next time I even consider going to BK. It’s not ok to charge for something and not giving it to the customer…that’s stealing in my book.

Service was VERY slow. I witnessed a line cook sneezing on the food. Gross! They charge for a glass of water We won't be returning here!

Should have just thrown my money in the street. Disgusting an inedible. The only people in the store don't speak English or at least pretend not to, so questions or concerns are met with blank stares and rudeness. I don't have particularly high expectations of Burger King to begin with but you should at least be able to eat what you are paying for.

I have never had a fast food joint mess up my order as consistently as this location and to such a degree. Consistently missing items, to an almost comedic level. I've odered for my family multiple times, and every single time numerous items will be missing. They... also don't seem to salt their fries.

All the outside lights are ALWAYS off at night, yet they are open. My wife won’t go there as it’s a security risk. The associate working tonight said the “electricians can’t fix it.” I believe they are just keeping the lights out to stay slow. Someone needs to inform the franchisee/owner. They look closed after dark!
