Worse Burger King EVER!!! Not only do they close EARLY they open LATE!! It’s currently 6:20am and the employee that opens is ignoring the drive thru and the front door is LOCKED!! I literally have to drive a mile to a different location! This picture is PROOF someone is inside and refusing to open the restaurant

Currently in the drive thru now for about 15 minutes. No one has even spoken to me to let me know that theyll be right with me. There is only me and 1 other car. This makes no sense. The time is now 3:22pm on Easter day. I finally pulled around to the second window. The lady came to the window and said she is closing early Because she has no help.Mind you the car in front of me got their food....I Sat in drive threw for 20 minutes. This is ridiculous no communication at all. A big waste of time. Get it together...

I have complained about the SERVICE @ this Burger King & , sad to say, it's actually worse. We, 2 senior citizens, visited this store Saturday, March 9th: 10:15AM. The cashier came by but we were still looking @ the menu trying to decide. THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE & 1 CAR @ THE DRIVE THRU. We stood there waiting to place our order & the cashier walked right in front of us, SAID NOTHING, & walked in the back totally ignoring us. We walked out & went to the Burger King on Okeechobee by Jog Road. A total different world. FRIENDLY & EFFICIENT STAFF!!! WOW!!! The SHOCKER WAS PAYING $23 FOR 2 WHOPPER MEAL DEALS!!! YOU HIRE THESE DEI EMPLOYEES WITH NO BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS & HAVE THE NERVE TO CHARGE $23 FOR 2 WHOPPER MEAL DEALS???? YET THE FAST FOOD SERVICE EMPLOYEES DEMAND $15-$20 AN HOUR!!!!!!! I don't even know how the store @ the CROSSTOWN PLAZA IS STILL OPEN. IT'S A MATTER OF TIME IT WILL CLOSE BECAUSE IT WON'T SURVIVE CHARGING HIGHER PRICES & POOR SERVICE SKILLS BY THE EMPOLYEES YOU HIRE. GOOD LUCK.

This must be the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Went through drive thru to order a simple sandwich with egg and sausage, specifically said no cheese. Got to the office and had a sausage and cheese croissant Spent almost $10 for nothing, I will never go back there and do not recommend

Hands down one of the slowest drive thrus in history. There is no customers inside this store ever but it still takes 20 minutes in the drive thru??? U have no customers what takes so long!!?? Gonna have to start going somewhere else...... Kinda funny how Burger King doesn't respond to reviews on the worst burger king in francise history... employees don't care and are on their own time....... just absolutely horrible.... and I love Burger King but time to switch it up to McDonald's at least they have fast service.

Went in at 8:30 in the morning there was one person waiting seem like he had been waiting a very long time only one car in the drive-thru two people in front of me took about 15 minutes just to get to ordering my food then I finally got my food about 5 minutes later my two for five sausage croissants were so nasty the cheese was not melted the sausage was not hot the croissant was stale the egg was very cold I ended up getting slightly sick after eating them.. will never go there again

Everything is shrinking while the prices get larger/bigger than ever. Mc D'Souza worse.
