I Come Back Through Drive-Thru… 3 Employees Including a Manager Argued Me Down Saying All My Sandwiches Weren’t Rung Up… Look At the Receipt!!! You Literally Rung Everything Up… I Literally Had to Go LINE BY LINE to Get Them To Understand. How Do You Not Know How to Read Your Own Receipt?!?! And To Go Through Allllll Of That, Just for the Sandwiches to STILL Be Wrong. I Can’t Deal! I Was Shaking! I Order Simple and Clear for Any Individual to Understand Me. I Order Knowing EXACTLY What I Want in a Timely Manner So I’m Not Running Your Drive Thru Time Up… I Like to be In and Out… I Do My Part as the Customer, Do Your Part as an Employee! Take Accountability! Today’s Staff Put Me Through Too Much! This is Not the Norm Because When JALONDA is Working, there’s no issues. Even if there is an issue or something is missing, she handles it swiftly with a smile on her face. I’m So Mad Right Now… Imagine if I was the type of Customer to Go Inside and Start Acting Belligerent!!! Cursing and Throwing Things. Insane! INSAAANE! I've visited this location several times. Food is always correct and fresh. The staff have all been great as well.
Food was old and trash got nuggets and chicken finger only got 1 sweet and sour when I asked for more they said they charger what a joke 1 sauce for a 8 nuggets and 8 chicken fingers fries served cold onion rings hard as a Rock pour customer service food terrible
Food was alright, but y'all gotta get Tasha off the mic. She had an attitude because they were in a rush to close. Closing tonight was at 8pm. I arrived at 7pm and she was actively hurrying my friend and I to order. When I was making sure she got my friend's order right, she gave me attitude. I specified that I wanted cheese on my order and she accused me of not stating that. I checked with my friend to see if I was tripping or not, and they confirmed I did say I wanted cheese. It's been nearly 10 years since I've last been to a BK and it's unfortunate that this was my experience since then. If I do go to a BK restaurant in the future, it will not be at this location at the very least.

Received a cold coal brick for a hamburger and the fountain machine was dirty. Sad part? I didn't find out until I got back to my hotel. Idk how you manage to sell someone a cold AND burnt hamburger (if thats what you'd call it) but this place did. Think I'd avoid this location.
