Burger King

They did not get our order right after telling them 2 times. They listened but did not hear. The music inside the restaurant was to loud. Asked them to turn it down. They complied. But the costumers should have to ask. The music was set there desired loudness level. Also could hear cursing from the back. If I had brought my children. Will consider next time if I come here.

How this location is open and running is a wonder. The staff including the manager used profanity in their conversation with each other and was told I could not place an order at the counter and use offers from the app but then the person after me in line was allowed to do exactly that. No longer have it your way (or even the stores policy way either) it would seem.

No burritos for breakfast. Main thing on the menu.

This place needs new employees who are trained properly nobody seems to know how to make a proper whopper the cook made it 3 times and it still wasn’t what I ordered.. thank goodness for the Indian lady that fixed my order

Asked for no onion, no ketchup. What I received has onion, no ketchup, no tomato.

The person who made my Jr. Whopper did an excellent job! And I had great service. The first time I came to here, he was so sweet and fed into my excitement for having Burger King for the first time in a few years! He started preparing my food in advance before I was ordering with the cashier. I wish I knew his name.

It took forever to get through the drive through line and when I got my burger the bun was burnt and the taste absolutely ruined the burger. All I could taste was burnt bun. Very poor experience here, I paid $13 for garbage.

Play store online order to pick up through the drive-through sat in the drive-through for over 30 minutes finally went around worked my way into the store which by the way the door that I was parked at with the handicap was locked. Luckily somebody else saw me trying to get in, so they came and open the door for me And then still had to wait another 20 minutes inside there to get my food standing which I cannot do because of my disability, and was standing there along with about 10 other people still waiting for orders and the 2 girl, so we’re in the front thought it was more important to argue with amongst the two of them about what happened to orders than taking care of the customers while the manager I’m assuming he was a manager because he had a different shirt on was trying to push everything out while they were playing this game instead of taking care of the customer it will be a long, long time before I come to this particular location again. Once I finally got my order, I started eating the cheesy tots, and either the fryer wasn’t hot enough or they sat there for too long before they were handed to me because they were soggy and chewy. That was just gross. UPDATE: I was able to catch the Air manager while I was outside and he brought something off to help let him know it was going on. He knows the issue had the issues that are going on. He said he’s new to this area trying to get things cleaned up and is addressing the situations that are going on that I’ve mentioned, so hopefully it’ll get better.

I asked for the condiments that were owed to me and the lazy employee had a fit about it and didn't give it me. I ordered online and got a 8 piece nugget, and two sauces comes with that order. I also got a onion ring and a zesty sauce comes with that . I also got French fries and they didn't put ketchup in the bag so I asked for Ranch for dipping. Long story short she got an attitude about it , said she would have to charge me and said " you only got an 8 piece " . So you can read the ticket ? Then why was my chosen dips from the app not put into the bag. Customer service could be better. It's have it your way at BK. Not you only got a 8 piece smh

I cook my own impossible burgers I even had an impossible burger from IHOP that was so beautifully prepared. This is ridiculous I don't even believe that the edges are burnt I believe that the meat sat out and that's what I was served a burger that either came out of the trash or should have gone in. Disgusting
