This is the second time I ordered an impossible whopper with cheese, emphasized I wanted cheese, and there was no cheese, which made it much less enjoyable. I'm done with this place if they can't even get a simple detail like they right:
The process of ordering and receiving the food via the evening drive through went well without issue. The drive through employee was friendly and courteous. It would be great if they had tap to pay technology at the drive through. The impossible burger is my go to meal while traveling away from home.
Honestly who reviews a fastfood place?? Apparently alot. But this has always been closest one to me and the one in Tarpon also sux. But second I walked in. 3 young kids are standing around doing absolutely nothing but talking in a circle and I stood there for at least a solid minute which yes is a lifetime when nobody is around. Then some kid at counter starts talking in semi spanish and says how he’s is from Miami and everyone speaks spanish . And said how nobody speaks spanish here….. Ya dude its America, learn our language. And then there is the bathroom. Guys, get a mop and clean it or put an out of order sign.
Drive-thru ALWAYS backed up at lunch times. 15-20 minute waits are not uncommon. Absolutely not "fast food" at lunch. If you're on a 30-minute break, go elsewhere.
I have not been here in a long time. I come through the drive-through and it was in and out. The employees were extremely happy and outgoing and professional. Made me want to come back as a matter of fact I come back later. We don’t see employees acting that too much. Good freaking job, really!! Not to mention they said thank you and you’re welcome.. we don’t get much of that anymore from any place!
BK corp response. Sorry we expired ten dollars of your funds. “You did not use in time”. Sorry…. That’s how CUSTOMERS are treated at BURGER KING now.
