I was in a hurry to make an appointment and saw this BK up ahead of me. It was around 2:00PM on 3/21/24. I pulled into the drive through with 2 vehicles in front of me. It took close to 10 minutes for them to take 2 orders. When it was finally my turn, the first thing they asked me was “Can you hold on a second?”. A couple minutes later the proceeded to take my order. Another 5 minutes passed while I waited for the 2 vehicles in front of me to be served. When I got to the window I handed the guy my card and he swiped it and handed it back. Then I hear “Sorry sir but can I have your card back, it didn’t process it”. This poor guy had to literally jiggle the cord to the credit card machine to make it work! When I finally got my food, the fries were cold and the chicken nuggets were hard as rocks. This place needs to be looked at by upper management. All around I’d say it was terrible. I only gave them a 2 because they got my drink order correct!!!
Ask for no pickles...they give pickles...ask for large fries...they gave me just regular fries... pattie was burned!!!!
I asked no mayo and I got slammed burger and now I have to cancel my interview cuz of my burger three sauces dropped on my shirt Thank you!!!!! Be glad yall have a job while I am looking for mine
Good hot food & got it "my way" with no onion, heavy pickles & add cheese. No salt on onions as we asked too. Kid-friendliness: Kids meals, high chairs, lots of room & Burger King crowns for all.
This female employee is about the rudest,condescending and foul mouthed individual I have ever encountered in customer service.
