A little slow service

A horrible fast-food experience, if that's the right term. No ice in beverages. The poor child behind the counter is alone. At least ten people are waiting for dinner inside, and there is a line of ten cars at the drive-through. I was actually waiting thirty minutes for chicken tenders. In the kitchen, they are not adhering to health and safety regulations. This place should make the management feel embarrassed.
