Friendly staff, good food. Excellent.

First off, the load mouth lady with the long red colored braids in the drive-thru would not stop running her big mouth for 2 seconds to her co-workers as I was setting there waiting on my order. AS A CUSTOMER, I DON'T NEED TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL LIFE WHILE WAITING ON MY FOOD. Talking about clubs, rent, cars and all that nonsense! Then I get my order and it seems like they heated my cheesy tots up in the microwave. I should've known something was going to be wrong with my order when the guy who handed it to me also gave me a dang Burger King Crown ! YOU KNOW, THE CROWN THAT'S MEANT FOR KIDS! I'M A GROWN MAN! My suspicion is that he did that to try to make up the fact that they knowingly gave me hard cheesy tots. This location is very suspect. I recommend that know one spend your money here. I don't care if it is the closest location around, which is the only reason I went there!

They're killing the burger game if there was a ESPN show for burgers they would be talking about how they came in clutch n uh nuh nun a nuh

My first two visits to this location were not good experiences. But, this location is close to my work and I thought I'd give them one more chance. I ordered the Bacon Melt combo, with onion rings. There was no bacon, and the sandwich and the onion rings were already cold as I pulled out of the drive-thru. I wouldn't say the staff was rude, but for all three visits the staff consistently acted like they don't want to be there, and it was not a friendly experience at the drive-thru. And because of the overall lack of friendly service, I'm hesitant to complain about my food because I know that scenario would just piss me off. Overall, this location sucks.

This 454 Murfreesboro rd location in nashville tn is straight nasty. I witnessed this sandwich maker on day shift, lunch had just started being served. He was taking the toasted buns from oven slider that toast buns. He fumble buns, top buns fell on the floor. What about he picked that buns up off the floor and continued to make the sandwich and had his nerves to sit the sandwich in the bin warmer. VERY TRIFLING...BEWARE of this location unless you want to be on the toilet back and forth for hours or in the E.R with stomach bug. He was an older white man slim dirty blonde hair**DO NOT LET HIM MAKE YOUR FOOD***
