Horrible los mozzarella, secos y con un sabor a aceite recalentado y viejo. Pedí la salsa el que está en la factura y no me la dieron. Cambien el aceite
El local una mugre, los baños un asco sin papel y sucios, la atención pésima, te cobran combo con bebida y no hay ninguna de la línea zero. Me cansé de llamar y que me atiendan, todos atrás de jarana, el empleado que vino me trató con soberbia, la encargada otra que lo sabe conducir ni el local ni a sus empleados. Una lástima la experiencia. Siempre que visitaba Miami, pasaba, pero esta es la última. Preguntar por alguien que hable español y que me diga “ lamentablemente si”

Terrible! I waited 10 minutes to order because no one was working the front register. The staff Anya claimed that she didn't know how to input the loyalty codes so I paid $11 for what would have cost me $7.99 with the code. I then waited over 30 minutes for my food. The same staff Anya finally returned and looked annoyingly at me and said "what do you want?" I replied my food, I was given it and everything was cold, The fries had been there since before I arrived. I asked for a manager and was told none on duty. Find somewhere else to go. This place is the worst Burger King in Miami Dade!

After ordering and paying for my sandwich at the drive-through, I remembered that I needed to take my medication. I asked for a glass of water, explaining that it was just for taking my pill. Despite this, the staff told me that due to management and corporate policies, they couldn't provide a cup of water. I was perplexed by this policy, particularly because there was no risk of misusing a simple cup of water at a drive-through. The response I received was firm and left me feeling demeaned, especially as a paying customer. This experience was quite off-putting, I decided to go across the street and bought a few after bottle at a gas station.
Worst BK ever! It took 20 min to get my order and when finally called my order it was wrong so I had to wait another 5 min. These people clearly don't like working here.. they were delivering one order every 4-5 min.. Simply avoid this place!
