No cars in parking lot, no on to take drive thru orders. Walked inside and said they were too busy with a big order to service the drive thru. No surprise they are fill for bankruptcy

Customer service here is not a priority. The staff is very rude and ghetto. I placed a mobile order for pick up in drive thru. The extremely aggressive and rude employee refused to complete my order said I have to come in to get it then proceeded to run and lock the door before my man could get out the car and go in. I never got my order and I already paid. Now I have to wait for someone to get back with me.

Poor service very slow drive thru

The workers are rude, mainly the management which then trickles down to the staff. They also charge for sauce which just seems money grubbing and tacky. They would never do this in Kennesaw any other affluent area because those people understand how to run a franchise. This location also doesn’t cook the food based off of the recipe specifications. It seems as if they just throw food in the fryer and take it out when they think it’s ready. Overcooked and undercooked food is a norm here. Austell Rd needs a ton of help. It didn’t used to be so bad years prior. Needs completely new staff who care about the customer experience.

Prices a little bit high. 2-dbl-chz $8.00

They take a long time to get the food out but today it was all there.
