Was there today and it was horrible! The angry woman working the drive through and the front registers rolled her eyes at us when we entered the dining room and huffed and said it's going to be awhile I have too many orders to catch up on. I politely said it's fine . When she finally took our order she gave us the cups but the ice was out so when she came back up to the front I asked mam when you get a chance she intrupted me and snapped like a crazy person saying hold on I'm busy you have to see I'm by myself! I just said wow.... I just was going to ask for ice when you got a chance. When our food was ready she slammed the tray on the counter and yelled my order out .... we were the only ones in the dining room. I will never go back there.

Why are they open?? These people are extremely unprofessional! I waited in line for 10 minutes with only 1 car ahead of me. Then the young guy could not find the code from my app. He didn't know what to tell me to do. Therefore, I tried it again and gave him a new code. He said okay, but never reviewed my order with me. The order was incorrect when I got it. I went Inside. After being ignored inside for 5 minutes, an older man came to offer NO help either. He's shrugging his shoulders also and continuously telling me that they don't operate the app. Then he asks the employee what I ordered. What happened to customer service? Is the customer not right anymore?? Then he told me that he didn't have a number for me for corporate.

This BK is absurdly bad. The first time I ordered I the cashier was rude because I had two separate orders. The second time I was in the drive thru we waited 8+ minutes between orders and spent 45+ minutes in the drive thru total. Avoid at all costs.

Used to be great. Now the service is horrible. Online ordering has been turned off almost a month which is a huge inconvenience as I don't have time to wait 20 minutes for some chicken nuggets.

This location needs to be shutdown. My burger was raw and chicken was old. Waited in drive through for 20 minutes. There was no line…

Ordered feature burger was told its discontinued (so shouldn't be advertised) ordered two meals $26.25. Heard the girls gossiping cussing complaining & gave us our food while still in her personal conversation. Our bad for not checking but on road realized we only got one fry. 2nd time this store didn't give us food paid for & 2nd time nobody answered phone so 1st time I've posted a negative review & last time we spend $$ at that location.

We ordered chicken fries & French toast. INSIDE! French toast? 10/10. However, The first time we received our bag, no chicken fries… instead? nuggets. Took that back in and came out with some cold @$s chicken fries. I drove through the drive through (strike 2) and asked the older white woman for FRESH food and her dusty tail self re dropped my ish & had the nerve to have us pull up and wait. she’s lucky we have some where to go. Find another job, weirdo.

Drive thru, picked up food for trip after school to pick up son's new glasses. He loved it.
