This place, at no fault of the employees, is not great. I waited 35 minutes in the drive-through for a mobile order pickup, most of that time i was waiting at the order part. That is unacceptable. When I pulled up I asked the young guy why the wait was so long and he said he had no backup and was taking all the orders himself... I was waiting to get to the second window and there was a burger King employee waiting behind a car, just standing there... to sweep the drive through? I wish I could blame it on fully being short staffed, but it looks to be the management. There is no structure. These employees are simply doing what they are assigned. And I don't believe it has anything to do with the minimum wage law either. Maybe they did need additional staff, but I'd wager the management or owner of this franchise is just trying to keep a great profit. If In n Out has, and does, pay their employees excellent, so can Burger King. I do not mind paying more if the experience is there. At this point, I can't go to BK anymore. Any of them. I will likely take my business to a different fast food option or just spend a few dollars more and get pickup from a restaurant. 35 minutes, for a mobile pickup. Insane.
