this burger sucks so much, came through the drive through around 7:30pm and they were out of nuggets. needs better management because their management is very poor. will no longer come to this burger king worst customer service ever.

Every time, I came this location it's slow. Other that. Foods good. For fast food quality

BE WARNED! On 1/30/2023 at about 3pm., I went to this particular Burger King. While there were only 2 cars in front of me, it took more than 10 minutes before it was my turn to order. I ordered a $5 Dou, which consisted of A whopper Jr. And a chicken wrap (simple). After ordering it to took another 10-15 minutes to get the window. Once again, there were only 2 cars in front of me. While at the window, the female worker with all the tatts, told me they couldn't find my order and that it was going to take a while to make the chicken wrap. At this point 30 minutes had passed and I tell the worker to cancel my order. This was the worst experience, the worst Burger King ever. I will never go back to another BK again. I'm not sure who the manager is, but they need to clean house and get it together. I'm sure that I'm not the only one who has had a poor experience at this location. So if you come here after reading this review, just remember... I WARNED YOU!

THIS Burger King off 99/Fresno is the only BK that I’ve always gotten exactly what I ordered the way I order it and with no issues. I never go inside (don’t like the area) but the drive thru is always easy and fairly fast. Food doesn’t taste like “old” oil and lettuce and tomatoes are always crisp. Unlike the BK by my house, off Clinton/Brawley…..stay away from that one…..wish they’d take lessons from this BK off 99/Fresno.
