Had second thoughts about coming to this location but it's closest to home. The cashier opened the window and stared into my face as if she couldn't figure out why I was there. She incoherently repeated my order back to me like she never heard the items before, then another employee took my card to pay. I waited at the window for my food longer than it took me to drive the and back, combined.
Cut me off as I was ordering, when I tried to tell the person at the window they closed the window on me and they ran out of fries but didn’t tell any of the customers and charged us.
Went in to order they left me there for 5 minutes just standing there, then the cashier didn’t even speak English, i don’t speak Spanish so I just said thanks and walked out.
Ordered through the app to just pick up. Waited 10min in the drive thru to get my food. It's like they had to turn everything back on to make the food. Utterly disappointed.
This Burger King has been under horrible management with an awful staff for almost 2 years now. I am always disappointed. I always managed to get the wrong order or they neglect something. Absolutely awful Burger King needs a lot of help!!!!
spent 25 minutes stuck in the drive thru (after sitting at the ordering spot for 5 minutes) because they were too lazy to clean the ice cream machine meaning I couldn't get a milkshake or a cone and there's no way of leaving the drive thru once you're in it
Cashiers walked by more then once without stopping.
I have been going here since I started working nearby every morning for a breakfast sandwich and some hashbrowns. Every time I’m sitting in the drive-through for 20 minutes waiting on customer service and then I when I get my food the car the food is called the hashbrowns are crispy to where you can’t even eat them and they’re all stuck together horrible, horrible service the place looks dirty. The window on the outside of the drive-through is freaking filthy. I will never eat here again.trash
