Burger King

Burger was good. Typical fast food

I first got scared when I parked in the outside parking lot and the door on that side was locked. Then I had been driving for 3 hours and wanted to use the bathroom before I ordered. The bathroom was looked. So I waited for what I thought was someone else in the bathroom because there was no sign saying you had to ask for a key. It wasn't until someone else was trying to use the bathroom that I found out you need to get the key. The bathroom was nasty. I finally ordered and got my hamburger and it didn't taste flame broiled. No smoke coming out from the roof. And the fries were nasty Parking: If you park on the out going parking lot. You have to walk around the building to get in

they charged me for the cheese i asked for but then DIDNT put it on the sandwich. All I ordered was an Original Chicken Sandwich and I was the Only one in the drive thru, how could they mess this up? The roads leaving this place make it inconvinient to have gone back in to ask for the order to be corrected. I am a single mother to a handicapped child that gets food delivered to the house (half of which is expired) I was simply trying to treat myself after a week of HELL taking my baby to doctors and pulling 100s of miles on my 20yr old vehicle. It was so uncool, I'd really like my money back but i know that won't happen. The Burger King on Ridgewood just a couple miles east is way better, go there instead.

Just updated everything, looks good. Some newer staff maybe too. It was nice to just have nice people take your order and prepare your food for once.

Love the impossible burger. If you didn't know it was plant base you would believe it was meat. Save the planet - each plant base food.

Didn't have enough people on staff. It took forever to get our food. Ridiculous!!!!

Dine-in area just needs to be cleaned better. We were the only ones in the dining area and the drive thru was not busy, so there was no reason for the dinning area not to be cleaned.
