マックよりはかなり美味しい！中に入れる物を選べて自分好みで出来るのはやはりアメリカだからかな？

Worst service I think I’ve ever had. They omitted items from my order and when I returned to have it corrected, I got nothing but attitude and delays. It wasn’t until I asked for the manager and demanded my money back that they started to make the missing items. The manager tried to gaslight me by saying everyone was waiting even though I had to wait, get a messed up order then wait another twenty minutes. Horrible service for average at best overpriced food. Stay far away!

Absolutely the worst service, no manners, open mouth chewing gum, spoke to customers like they are daft rather than they find it hard to understand her Jamaican accent, drink machine broken so offered no drink alternatives, just gets shouted at that you cant order a Combo. Chicken burger, Beef burger and chips taste like cheap freezer to grill food. With the pot of cheese tasting like smelly socks.

The staff was extremely rude, especially the female employee who was working in the afternoon on 02/06. I ordered a burger and paid for it. I don't think it's a big deal to step away a bit and then come. I didnt let anyone specifically wait for me！But this rude staff member sounded like she was getting mad at me or even trying to 'school' me. The behavior was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this establishment. The store should consider providing further training to its staff members.

Absoute rubbish! ....staff rude and can tell very unhappy working there, food is disgusting dried cold burger and chips were dry and cold too ..only thing edible was the burger bun! .... the Pepsi was flat and just syrup enough to rott stomach lining! Lots of other complainers ...staff didn't care and rolled their eyes. No-one knows what they are doing ...my 2 year old grandson could do better ....total unorganised chaos order numbers went backwards instead of up! Waited 35 mins patiently too! Avoid!! Turn it into mcdonalds or burger king! Or even better a greggs ! ‍♀️

Burger cold, chicken tenders cold, ignored by servers, had to pay for drinks twice, fingers crossed it doesn’t make me ill. Awful.

I would pick no star if I could, firstly over priced but expected from an airport, took half an hour to even get my meal & they completely messed it up. Lack of staff, better off eating elsewhere.

Could’ve given 0 stars if possible the guy working here on January 27th was incredibly rude and had zero customer service skills …. Kinda hard to find something in this terminal with limited options of food but this place was terrible
