Cozy means cramped, attentive means asleep, delicious means deplorable. The food was cold, hollandaise sauce runny- English muffin cold and limp. The only thing that stands out here is the prices-:

The best breakfast spot in Rockaway! Besides the amazing staff, the dishes are an explosion of flavor!! The only issue is to choose between Chicken and Waffles, Eggs Florentine or the BEC!! Thank me later.
