Terrible service. 1-hour wait and no food still even though its not that busy (half-full restaurant) without any explanation. I think some people come after me even had the food before me. Just horrible service, such a waste of time.
I am regular customer of BDUBS but can’t defend them anymore. I ordered 6wings with fries. They gave me four wings which was size of my finger and not more than one tea spoon of mango habanero sauce. And fries bad as usual. I should’ve taken a picture of it but I threw it in trash. Please pay little more and go to wingstop. At least they serve what you pay for.
The service can be a little slow at times but seeing how large the restaurant is, that makes a lot of sense! Tuesdays and Thursdays they do deals on wings so def go on those days! On game day I hope they start serving cocktails with Beatbox in them cause that would make their menu really pop!
Food is not very good but our server was very nice.
We ordered 10 wings with 2 types of sauces. And the Thai curry was way too salty. You could barely eat it. Another was dry sauce - lemon pepper which was good. Service and ambience were amazing. Go here if you just hangout with friends and watch some sports.
Thursday is consistently the busiest day of the week, and yet they continue to understaff Thursdays and leave orders hanging for up to 2 hours after scheduled pickup. I am SURE there are underlying issues I'm not aware of as a customer, not just poor management... Right??? Shouldn't be that hard to incentivise your employees to work a busy shift when this problem has existed for years. EDIT: 9 months later and the service is still abysmal. Left a complaint on the buffalo wild wings website this time. Going to try a different location if I ever order BWW again. Parking: There is an employee parked in the "TAKEOUT ONLY" spot outside the restaurant every time I've been there. Unprofessional.
