I really wish this place would close down. No one is ever there to attend to anyone, whether you’re picking up an order, trying to get a table, sitting at a table, or sitting at the bar. No wonder this place gets no business. I’m surprised this place is still open.
We had a BeatBox x Buffalo Wild Wings dinner a couple of weeks ago and it was so fun! The servers were attentive and kind, our food was delicious, and most importantly, the BeatBox party punches were sooo good. I tried the Mango BeatBox with Baja Blast and it was a perfect combo. My other friends tried the Fruit Punch flavored BeatBox with Hawaiian Punch and said it tasted amazing. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to try out the new party punches along with some tasty food!
I’ve been to many B dubs, but nothing like this one. This is by far the worst B dubs I’ve visited. They were quick to seat us, but said they only had seating at the bar. We ordered beers and those came pretty quickly but when it came to our food, it wasn’t until after we asked that they brought it out. This took about an hour, I then ordered another beer and saw the bartender pour it right away but the waiters did not acknowledging it till I again asked for my order. For the price I would expect better service. Do not go here. Take your money elsewhere. Please pay attention to the people you hire and train them correctly.
Worst Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant EVER. The atmosphere of employees are passive aggressive, unprofessional & argumentative. The stereotype of employees really shows here… BWW don’t bother with the same copy & paste reply already went to ur website. Actually look into who you’re hiring especially when ur franchise is on Hollywood Blvd.
Beatbox and Bdubs?! Now that's something that'll make me drive out to Hollywood on a Saturday night! PARKING: there are several lots around the block for $10-20 flat rate on the weekend. If you're lucky to find a meter, you can use the Park Mobile app to top up. The restaurant now features beatbox cocktails for $8 a pop with 3 different options: Baja Blast, Mango Madness, and Hawaiian Punch. I'm a traditional girlie so I ordered 10 wings, half medium and half honey bbq. Extra wet, of course, because dry wings are too sad! We came here and packed out the front half of the restaurant so the wings came out dry, but Joey came to the rescue and delivered the sauces to me in record time. (I can't remember if that's his name... he's from NY, absolutely lovely guy!) The vibes were great and part of the spread included the cheese curds, fried pickles, cauliflower wings, onion rings, and fries. I can't believe I have slept on BWW for so long because everything was fried heaven! Overall, this was a fun night with friends and food. I look forward to my next visit! (2/100—2024)
We live down the street so we keep giving this location a chance and are disappointed by the service every time so the past two times we ordered for delivery. The first time, they got our order wrong, the second time it took 1.5 hours to receive the food and they got our order wrong yet again. Avoid at all costs.
We waited at door for awhile & finally acknowledged we were there. An old lady was our greeter & server. Her service was NOT good at all. Not once did she ask if we needed anything or never refilled our drinks.
Got food poisoned at this place. Dirty!
