Buffalo Wild Wings

Dont know why i ever go back here. Food came out cold, not warm, cold. One server working the whole dining room on a weekend at lunch time, on nfl playoff weekend. Out of the two beers we tried to order. Messed up both my childrens orders as well. Not sure they got a single thing right.

Ordered delivery. Paid $74 bucks for a tiny box of dried out wings. Shame on you people.

I ordered online. My order was delivered from door dash and taped shut from Buffalo Wild Wings so the order could not be checked. After calling the restaurant manager on duty was disrespectful and would not let me speak. I was nice at the beginning of the conversation then he blamed everything on door dash and said I needed to contact them and it was not his problem. For corporate reasons it is 1.27.24 at 7:12 pm so you can see what manager is working and give them coaching (as it is needed). We ordered according to the receipt +$CC boat (x3) this is carrots and celery. Also ordered MOZZ Sticks + Marinara. Received 2 mozzarella sticks in our order. I’ll post photos that this was checked off not by door dash who is being blamed for the mistake but by your manager or the expo or takeout in your kitchen. Take responsibility for your mistake. Don’t blame others. Thank you for the 8 sides of ranch I did not order as well. I ordered blu cheese. I can’t take a picture of the “+$CC boat” (x3) because they are not here. I’ll take the beating for you when my wife gets home after her 13 hour day at work. Trust me I’m nicer than she is. Have a great night.

Unreliable for ordering delivery. I've given them several chances and they have messed up the order several times. This most recent time was well over 60 min late. I called to check on the status when it was already 30 min late, was told it would only be 10 more min, then called 20 min later, was on hold for ten min, and then they told me it was just coming out of the kitchen... and they still got it wrong! We got none of the sauces. What's the point of the "checked by [initials]" on the receipt if the order is still wrong? Really ridiculous.
