Food was perfect. The chicken was incredibly crispy for drive-thru. Plus, their lemonade is terrific!
We all love raising canes, but we don’t always love our surroundings. I came with my family because we were hungry and everybody loves raising canes so we went and when we sat down there was this group of 3 boys who sat next to us and they were talking extremely inappropriately and loud, we had an 8 year old with us and they said some things that if I say in here it won’t allow. And the sad thing is that one of the kids mom works there and she didn’t do anything. Very disappointing experience.
I had a big order. The lady manager was very pleasant and professional. She also apologized for the wait (It was only a few mins) and offered me a free drink while I waited. Little gestures like that go a long way nowadays. Well done.
I will never understand how a restaurant that only sells soggy chicken fingers takes so long to get people their food.
This was the first time I had eaten Cane’s chicken fingers! Wow! It was the best!!! Wish I had one near me!!!
For those who purchase gift cards from this location, please make sure you verify the numbers on each of the cards against the numbers printed on the receipt the moment you received them from the cashier. I learned it the hard way :/ I tried to call, busy, so I left a message. It just left a really bad taste in my mouth. All I'm asking is you need to check your SOP and if I'm the only customer that is complaining about this kind of incident, then unlucky me. But if you have more than one case like mine, then you do need to do a deeper dive. You will not get any more gift cards business from me, that's for sure. But I did learn something from this mistake 1. Don't buy too many cards at one time, if you don't have the time to go through and tally the numbers on the receipt. 2. Make sure to check and tally the numbers on the receipt at the point of sale.
