Super excited to see a BW3 Go open in the neighborhood, but this place opened wayyyy too early. Cashier had zero idea about menu items. Owners (I assume) in the kitchen frustratedly barking at literally every single employee. Employees looked like they not only had zero kitchen experience, but also not trained on the menu or operations at all. Not their fault, take time to train your employees. I waited forever because I watched and listened to my order (one wrap) get remade *4* times. I understand growing pains… but take time to train your employees before you open please.
Terrible food and service. Why eat from this place when you can get fantastic food across the street at Drunken Chicken. I advise you skip this place.
Why would anyone go here when you can get way better food next door?
Food is good as most Buffalo Wild Wings but they messed up my order even though I repeated it twice. Teenagers working the place so makes sense
Get ready for food poisoning
My order was initially off, but I appreciate that the staff tried to fix it. However the lady cashier did first argue with me about it. The other staff tried their best to resolve the issue though! So that’s why they get the 3 stars. Order was off cause I was initially given vinegar fries (which I did not select) and the woman argued that those were the default (they’re not, salt/pepper are) and eventually I was given new (cold) fries, which I went back and exchanged for freshly fried ones. Anywho I got home and finally eat and my wings order was wrong too. I ordered medium but my wings are hot. And I know that cause I got hot sauce on the side for my fries and they’re the same wings weren’t hot or crispy either I think they need more training or something. Mostly polite staff! Very clean space! They just need to figure out the flow or something.
