Bubbe's Bagels

The best bagels in Tucson. My favorite is the pretzel one but it was only available as a monthly special. I also like the za’atar and cinnamon crunch ones. Dietary restrictions: They have vegan options

Honestly, if you’re living in the Area and not going to Bubbe’s for a bagel you’re wrong. As a New Jersey native this is the only place that I will rave about outside the east coast. Always an incredible experience and they have fantastic bagels. Will always recommend to friends and family

These bagels are simply amazing! The flavor and texture is so perfect and I so wish they were available in New Mexico. When my husband visits his mom in Tucson he knows he better come home with some pumpernickel rye or I may not let him in the door.

Great bagels and cream cheese options one of our favorites

It’s so great to see them making the bagels. My only comment would be to use separate knives for sweet or savory bagels. Last two weekends I’ve had a nice garlicky butter on my cinnamon raisin bagel.

as much as I love Bubbe's, the cream cheese desperately needs salt and the lox quality is inconsistent.

Born and bred in Canarsie Brooklyn, NY. I ordered a salt and a sesame bagel with an 8 oz. side of Calabrian Chile cream cheese. Calabria chilies typically have a warm, hot, spicy, smoky, fruity, pervasive flavor, although their heat depends on the variety, as does their degree of fruitiness. The cream cheese I received (for $9.00!!) had no discernable chile flavor, none. All I could taste was overly salted cream cheese. The bagels were a good size for $1.75 each, but both had an off putting sour flavor to them and the chew was very dense, difficult to masticate and hard to swallow. I wanted so badly to like these bagels, and I didn't.
