I've been here several times and customer service has depleted. Earlier this month the guy was not only unprofessional while taking orders but then lied about a mistake he made blaming the cook instead. Reading the other reviews there seems to be a trend with the lack of customer service that isn't being addressed. Oh and I tried contacting online customer service but still haven't heard back. 2 stars for tasty food
Only customer with just a water. Two staff on and was totally ignored for at 5 minutes. Absolutely no personality and borderline rude. I paid $3.98 for a 16.9 ounce bottle of water and bad service. I’ll go thirsty next time! 4/10/24 at 3:15pm Tucson International Airport
Extremely slow service. They move at speed of absolute darkness.
The gal taking orders needs to be customer friendly. Very short, rude, not even a smile. On her phone.
Ok food. You just have to wait an hour to get it. If they remember your order.

2 of the workers were just rude…. One very rude. The bagels are decent but the coffee was really bad. I can overlook a lot but the customer service was bad for myself, my nieces and sister.
Customer service was beyond poor. The man at the counter was incredibly rude. They forgot to make my sisters coffee. When asked the girl was awful. Don’t waste your time.
Was a long wait and then given a bagel i didn’t order, was told they were out of the bagel i wanted. Maybe let me know before making it then?
