It is dead empty on a Sunday and I took a moment to make a choice on the bagel I wanted and the lady was rushing me and was very upset that I was a customer

The bagels are ALWAYS good here! Very fresh! Lots of topping choices. The only thing I can say that's a negative is that some of the employees (ladies) act like they're in a HUGE hurry and can be kinda rude! Almost like they want to say: "Come on! Come on! What do you want? Let's go! Come ON!" ♂️ And there was no one behind us. It's honestly kinda annoying! Other than that, it's a great place if you're in the mood for bagels!
