Brown Bag is becoming one of my favorite places to eat! The food is always so fresh and well prepared. I recently placed an online order, but accidentally made the pickup for the wrong location. Rashad, AB, and Alana all were all so kind and ended up offering to make my order for me. The customer service and display of teamwork that they showed really warmed my heart, especially being new to the neighborhood. 12/10 customer service, and I will happily be back!!!

1st visit. Celebrating lunch with a friend kicking off her birthday. Warm welcome and greeting. Grab a menu and marker, take a seat, and begin marking what you want to eat. Take it to the counter and pay. Be mindful, cash is not accepted. The food portion was plentiful and filling. A little pricey. The atmosphere is ambient and has nice music. Have to pay for parking via an app, which I thought was senseless. Parking: Have to pay on your phone with app

Hear me out. Here’s some constructive criticism… not being rude or anything. I’ve given this location a few tries. I genuinely don’t know how the reviews are so high and positive. Like have y’all never tasted something good in your life? The food tasted like nothing. Look west eggs cafe at least could get the seasoning right. The fish and chips have tasteless coating and it’s a bit thick. Cannot tastes the fish flavor. The dipping sauce lacks layers and straight up tastes like dipping in thick oil(which is mayo but it doesn’t even taste as good as regular store bought mayo). You really need to study how tartar sauce is made. I had to add a few ingredients by myself after taking it home. The garlic bread was good. The fish burger or whatever it was was the same way. Like it felt like I was chewing on nothing. Fried sides are extremely greasy. I know it’s fries etc but still.. I can spit out a mouthful of oil after chewing on the tater tots. Garlic bread was good and the sauces are obviously made by themselves but can you do better ?

As soon as we entered, the staff was very cordial. Jay took care of us from beginning til the end. My wife & I both bought a Cod dinner with veggies. Every item was GREAT. This spot is worthy of a repeat.

Had an outstanding experience because of Jay. Y. He was friendly, answered all my questions and made sure I was well taken care of. Will definitely come back because of him.
