For the past three times I’ve came here have been the worst experiences I have had. I have been coming here for years! The first initial time was with my family and the lady in her 20s black hair said we could not split our check amongst the eight of us that were bowling and we had to split it evenly but a manger came over and said we could split the check how ever we wanted AFTER THE FACT OF ALL OF US PAYING !!! Also all the girls didn’t play the 3rd game and we changed the names on the counsel just so it was the boys which were three of them but we still had to end up paying for the girls as well just because the boys ended playing a third game. Literally cheating us out of our money! Then when we were questionable about it the lady with an accent ( I can not remember her name beautiful accent btw ) was extremely nonchalant and extremely rude about explaining why we could not split our check as if she didn’t want to deal with us because she may not knew how to do it. If so ask a manger… The second time I came with a loved one the same lady was being extremely rude to us which also was our anniversary as if she didn’t care about being there and was not welcoming at all literally just through us our shoes and said go bowl. Now most recently I went to bowl they said we could not have outside drinks not initially but after we sat down and started bowling. Understandable, we put them up out of the building. We went to go check out and they charge us for shoes the guy who check us in didn’t say anything about having shoes but the Caucasian male manger or GM charged us for it and we were trying to get our money back because we literally didn’t have any shoes to turn in. So why charge us for something we didn’t use … But insisted on charging us anyway and when we were trying to get our money back which we luckily did, made the most unnecessary disrespectful comment “ oh I saw you guys were having a hard day because we told y’all to throw the liquor out” WHICH WE DIDN’T HAVE ANY LIQUOR AT ALL!!! Apologies because it’s 95 degrees outside and to have a cold drink is a crime. I know a lot of changes have been made which are beneficial for the company and customers that come here which is appreciated but a mistake they made was hiring these disrespectful smart mouth rude employees. Mind you have been coming here for years and I’ve never had this many back to back deplorable experiences!

Always a great time at Bowlero. Our waiter, McLovin was awesome, attentive and made sure we were very taken care of. Cant wait for our tournament to start :)

Food dropped on the floor and served anyway. Check your food for hairs and dirt before you eat it.

Asked if they were hiring, gave me a rude answer. Ended the call quickly. Would not recommend the service
