I have been curious about Boulevard Restaurant located in The Audiffred Building at 1 Mission Street for years, so when friends invited me to join them there, I jumped at the chance. The atmosphere, enhanced by its Art Nouveau theme, is very welcoming, as is the wait staff. With a tasty martini in hand from the full bar, we were escorted to our table which, happily, seemed to be in a location where we could hear one another. Next time I will make notes about the unique features of each dish, but alas, all I can offer now is that every bite was delicious!
Another amazing dinner at Boulevard last night. We were seated immediately for our 5pm reservation and started off with one of their signature cocktails. Dinner is prix fix so we selected our starter, main, and dessert. After being offered some of the 4 bread options, our starter arrived. The remaining courses followed at a timely pace. Everything was delicious and impeccably done! The service was excellent, attentive without being intrusive. We will definitely be going back again soon.
頭からビールかけていただきました。おかげで、ディナー食べれずに帰る羽目になりました。 ほかのメンバーにケイタリングでコースいただきましたが、すでにMac食べた後でどうしろと・・・ 部屋ににおいが籠り大変なことになってしまいました。翌朝食べましたが、味がしない完全な修行モードです。 2024年2月25日現在謝罪なしです。 どうなってんだろ?
Prix Fixe with a comfortable amount of food. Dessert Beaucoup Berries had possibly the best sorbet I've ever enjoyed. Modern vibe in a classic atmosphere and service outstanding. "Old School Fine Dining" still does exist!
Beautiful restaurant and solid food. Very nice staff. Our food came out cold though and I find the main dining room priced too high now that it’s only offering a 3 course (app, main, dessert) for $120. I find that kind of system boring and cookie cutter. Good for the restaurant since it can secure $120 an head and it can help pay for the pretty building, but as a diner you are underwhelmed by what you get.
