The ladies at the counter are very rude

Appears to be closed down now. Lights are off and nobody inside during normal business hours. Tried calling and it just gives a busy tone.

Ordered for delivery and was missing half of my order. This honestly seems to be consistent among San Diego in general but I’m just so disappointed every time it happens. It’s expensive to order delivery for such consistent failure to care about customers. And staff treats you like you’re crazy if you complain.

20 minutes wait when the whole point of this place is the food is supposed to be pre-made like a cafeteria? The food is good but unacceptable wait time and not worth the trouble.

Worst restaurant ever

Kid-friendliness: This is my second time going to Boston market the first time my experience was great the second time it was even better there's a guy out there named Antonio who is great it made me feel like family I didn't feel like take out food so I was very pleased with my visit kudos to Antonio hope the manager or supervisor recognizes this employee who goes out and beyond for the customers

The experience at its best was fair. The food tasted okay, but the portion and the product availability is poor.

Spinach was cold and dried out on top. Sample Platter. All was cold. Didn't realize until I got home. Worst meal ever. Vegetarian options: Great if they Kid-friendliness: Great if they are fresh and well heated.

I love Boston Market, eaten here for years. It’s pretty clear the company lacks leadership as evidenced by the ever-shrinking sides menu. 1/4 chicken white used to be an excellent choice with a variety of sides to choose from but not so much anymore.
