Bonchon Addison

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this establishment. After waiting for 2 hours for a pickup order, I was informed that it was ready, only to arrive and find out that it was not prepared. The miscommunication between the staff and the delay in service was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. I ultimately had to opt for a different restaurant to avoid my hypoglycemia worsening due to the extended wait time. This level of service is unacceptable and I will not be returning.

This restaurant is filthy inside. My shoes started sticking to the floor as I walked to a table. Sat my drink and receipt on a table and couldn’t pick up the receipt- table was sticky also. The lady at the register can’t smile ! She is the last person to have communication with a customer !! The WORST ! Good food. Dirty dining room. Terrible customer relations.

The chicken is decent to pretty good but the sides are just okay and every time I order from here TO GO, something is missing from my order. I stuck it out because I had a decent experience when I dined in - except for the guy at check out who was rude to my brother when he asked a question and the employees crowding at the register to be on their phones (yall should definitely take that to the back. It looks bad). And, again, the chicken is serviceable. But food is too pricey in general for my order to be wrong all the time with no refund option on the website. Won't be visiting again but it was okay while it lasted.

On December 3, I ordered 8 drumsticks with Korean BBQ sauce, because on October I4 I went to the Bunchon in West Chester, Pa, and loved it. Here, only two were big drumsticks while six were small, the skin was not crisp and good, and it seemed they gave us the worst ones or these were old drumsticks. I love Bonchon but will never go to this location again.

Simply delicious, best crunchy chicken ever

The food was absolutely ! I will eat here the next time I'm in the Addison area. We had the boneless korean buffalo wings, Japchae, postickers, fries, traditional Korean buffalo wings, and sweet and spicy wings. The service was good and fast they just forgot to give us our pickle.radishes and cole slaw that comes with the wings. But no biggie. My daughter liked the postickers and wings. My son really loved the boneless wings. If you get a chance try it out. It's pretty damn good.

Giving stars due to customer service. The cashier was super sweet and suggestive. The problem is the food. The wings are HUGE. Thats not a good thing…The wings have so much fatty tissue and cartilage in them and barely any meat. Im not sure how the chicken is “twice fried” and still under cooked. The breading is sogged down by all the sauce and the meat is luke warm and watery in the middle. The wing sauces are bland. I got Korean BBQ and Soy garlic. NO FLAVOR. The dipping sauces however are far superior which is odd. The onion rings are decent, super crunchy but again barely any flavor. The best thing I tried was the Korean donuts.

I usually have a good experience coming to this establishment but this time it was SO DISAPPOINTING. I ordered the 6 WINGS + 2 Drums - the first order came with all drums and I asked for wings because I really prefer wings . They brought out a new order to replace and that new order was INCORRECT. It only have 6 pieces . When I asked for 8 . I called an employee over and she tried to educate me on what a drum is like I didn’t know . She finally brought me two wings to make 8 pieces after she realized she was wrong . I ordered PORK potstickers and they brought out veggie potstickers after 20 mins . I sent it back because I asked for pork and waited and waited and still never recieved my correct order of PORK potstickers . I don’t think I will ever come back to this location.worst $50 I ever spent
