1st I must say that the atmosphere is very chill & groovy. 2nd The staff is very respectful. Now for my food review. The catfish Poboy is a 10. The catfish was nice and crispy fresh out the grease. Also the (Smoked) crab cluster is a must have. As for the drinks their average at best. I had two (Mardi Gras margaritas) and I didn’t feel any Razzle dazzle . But not to worry that’s a minor fix. Overall the restaurant is a win Parking: Because the parking lot is very small. The parking is 1st come 1st serve. If you can Uber that would be great choice.
The food was delicious, the service and drinks could have been better but we had an overall good experience.
My FAVORITE place in Midtown. It’s just a unique flavor combination in all of the food and drinks and they also offer gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan which can be hard to find! I love the overall ambiance! It feels cool and lounge-y, but still casual and like everyone is welcome. Service is always great (especially the bartender Micah!), which is also rare in Atlanta. My favorites are the Max and cheese, crab cakes, and Po Boy. Best drinks are the mai Tao old fashioned and broken parachute (and I don’t even like mezcal). The owners and staff have done a great job of creating a unique place with a great vibe where everyone is welcome, with tasty food, creative drinks, and not too expensive!
Had the fried oyster. The oysters were delicious and the bartenders were dope. The side fries also came in very generous portions and seasoned to perfection
Great food, service A+, I was grooving to the music (RnB) the whole time
Cool interior design, subpar food.
Was lucky to get in with no reservations... make reservations. Sat at the bar and had a Louisiana beer, which was very good. I had the shrimp Cajun burger, which is to die for. I will be going back soon!!!
The food and drinks in this place are delicious. The po'boy was delicious. We had the Marti Gras Margherita, and it was fantastic! I could have drank 6. We would definitely come back, but only with reservations. Without reservations, you end up eating outside or upstairs. The downstairs is a cute retro bar area. The upstairs reminds me of the song "Love in this Club." There is a disco ball and fuzzy furniture and music. It made for some good laughs. I felt like I was back in college at the club. The girls upstairs at the bar make "FIRE" drinks.
