Always have good experiences here! Fast service, friendly staff, and great food

never before have I consistently gone to a restaurant and had the expectation be that my my order will always be wrong. literally never get the right food, always have to pull back around, always an attitude when you ask for the right food. been going for 2+ years.

Went to Bojangles on Monroe road this morning to order small fries and a water get my fries ,fries cold and hard it's after 6:30 in the morning food should have been fresh can go back have to be at work and tried calling the phone busy smh this is ridiculous waste money on food I can't  eat.
